The objective is to identify the Sweet Spots, regions with greater productive capacity due to their good petrophysical parameters.
We perform this task with classical procedures or, more accurately, using the field data integrated in a reservoir static-dynamic numerical model.
With this last method we locate, for example, a vertical well in the Sweet Spot that shows the figure below.
That well will get a cumulative increasing of 300% over the original location, defined by classical procedures.
We also apply the techniques described above to horizontal wells, optimizing their trajectory, number of fractures and their location. All this analysis is done with the integrated numerical model. With the predicted production results the corresponding economic analyzes are carried out.
